Basic Quaification:
Ø B Tech/MTech/MSc with distinction from IIT or NIT.
Ø Minimum 5 years teaching experience in a reputed coaching institute with national presence.
Ø Should believe in a result oriented and delivery model
Ø Should believe in transforming lives of the underprivileged students.
Ø The faculty should have the capability of acting as a friend, philosopher & guide to the students.
Ø The faculty should have the competence in teaching online to the students.
