RJ45 Technologies is in need of an efficient Project Manager to work on Web Applications projects. Responsibilities include working with Clients in the government and the corporate sectors. The ideal candidate should have experience of working in various domains like HRM, ERP, B2B, E-Commerce, Education, etc. We develop applications to improve the business operations of our clients. He or she must be highly motivated and organized with excellent operational and communication skills. Should be proficient in PHP 5, PHP based Frameworks and CMS, MySQL, Ajax, etc and have excellent understanding of OOPs and Database concepts.We are young team with a start up environment. Responsibilities:
Overall project implementation including development and maintenance of projects.
Identify project specific resources and requirements
Manage design and implementation roles and responsibilities, delivery intervals, and customer expectations
Function as central point of contact for: Requirement collection, analysis and distribution, Scheduling resource and activities, tracking milestones, Issues resolution, Escalations.
Conduct project meetings to review progress and deliverable status with Clients
Responsible for client satisfaction and overall execution of the project.
Motivate team members and ensure maximum efficiency.
Ensure service delivery is SLA compliant.
Available 24/7 for customer calls and escalations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 3(three) years of experience in Software Development, IT supervision, planning and implementation. Excellent communications/interpersonal skills
Remuneration will be best in the industry. This position is for Guwahati, Assam, India. Only candidates willing to relocate to Guwahati need to apply.
